Hey taco fans. You'll no longer need to trek all the way over to Pudong to get your Taco Bell fix, because the chain will soon finally make its way across the Huangpu River to open its second Shanghai branch in Puxi.
Taco Bell numero dos is under construction as we speak near the new Taikoo Hui Mall, just a few doors down from Hard Rock Cafe, White Castle and Goose Island Brewhouse. The restaurant was screened by billboards when we passed by the other evening:
The Mexican-themed American fast food chain opened its first (reboot) Shanghai branch at the end of last year, with Shaq even making an appearance at the grand opening.

Looks like Taco Bell's expansion is just starting. Even a Taco Truck has been spotted at some recent Shanghai events.
